Welcome to our website about our home - Villa Rosa in the beautiful area of Seacaves, in Peyia, Paphos.

When we moved here two (+) years ago, we knew that we wanted to create a relaxing environment  within the villa, so that our guests could enjoy the beauty of the area and the country.

So, unlike other holiday apartments in blocks or complexes in the busy holiday areas, our apartment is situated in a private, quiet residential area - a cul de sac containing just 6 villas. 

Here there are no other guests, and of course, as there are no other guests, you don't have to share facilities such as our swimming pool or sunbathing area.

You can get away from the crowds and relax in privacy, rather than being crammed in with lots of holidaymakers on a complex.

We take a great deal of pride in our home and holiday apartment, and guarantee you a warm welcome when you come to stay with us.

Our 2 bedroomed holiday apartment is completely self-contained, covers the whole of the lower floor of the villa and has a "no step" separate access.

The accommodation is comprised of: 

A comfortable lounge area with two settees and free wi-fi. A TV set is provided for guests use. 

Bedroom 1 is furnished with a king-size bed, a dressing table, chairs, a large wardrobe, a black-out screen and a fly screen.  

Bedroom 2 is furnished with a comfortable double bed and a pair of bunk beds, a large wardrobe, a chest of drawers, bedside tables, chairs, a black-out screen and a fly screen. If required, the double bed in this room can be swapped out for two single beds instead. 

A newly installed integrated kitchen, with electric hob, fan oven, microwave oven and fridge freezer. 

A separate dining room with a large dining table . 

The recently refitted bathroom is equipped with a sink, vanity unit, shower and WC.  

New air-conditioning and heating has been fitted throughout. 

Externally there is a guests private patio area.  

Guests have exclusive access and use of our private swimming pool and poolside sunbathing area  (subject to times and conditions). 

There is ample free parking for two cars to the side of the property.    

For your comfort we provide:

Air conditioning or heating in living and sleeping areas as required. 

A fully equipped kitchen with pots and pans,  utensils, kettle, cafetieres, toaster,  glasses, crockery, and cutlery.

Safety equipment - a fire extinguisher, fire blanket and first aid kit. 

Freshly laundered bed linen for each bed, with sufficient pillows for each guest.

Extra pillows and bedding are available "just in case!" 

Clean towels for each guest.  

Hot water and cold water.

A washing machine, a clothes airer, an ironing board and an iron, at no extra cost.

Guests private patio area with table, chairs and sun umbrella. A traditional barbecue can be provided upon request.

A cool box, freezer blocks, and picnic blanket can be provided upon request for days out or beach visits. 

Please Note:

A separate area can be made available for washing, drying and secure storage of scuba diving equipment if required.

Shopping can be ordered and delivered from the local supermarket by arrangement.

Guests can leave luggage in a safe area (by arrangement) between booking out and flights home.

We are environmentally friendly. 

Villa Rosa is recently modernised and eco-friendly.

The property is  equipped with a photovoltaic array which allows us to generate all of our own electricity from solar energy. 

  Similarly, hot water for the property is provided on site solely from solar energy  which, combined with the photovoltaic array, gives the property an extremely eco friendly carbon footprint.

Prices quoted on the AirBnB site are for a maximum of four guests staying. However, an additional two guests (so a total of six) may be accommodated with prior notice and an additional nightly supplement by prior arrangement.

If you would like to book more than 4 guests please contact us via WhatsApp before making your reservation.

Prices for 2025 and 2026 are now available under the calendar tab on the AirBnB website.

 
Please note:

1. Regretfully we cannot cater for stag and hen parties. 

2. As some guests have allergies to animal hair we are unable to accommodate pets.

 
3. The property is set in a secluded and quiet residential area. Please respect our neighbours and keep noise to a minimum.
